Annual Meeting of Members
October 27th, 2024

Arlington Independent Media’s 2024 Annual Meeting of Members will be held on Sunday, October 27th, 2024 at 1:00 pm in the Black Box Theater at 3700 S. Four Mile Run Drive. At the Annual Meeting, we’ll update members on the state of the organization and the work of AIM’s board and volunteers over the past year, and elect individuals to the organization’s Board of Directors and Producer’s Representative. The Board’s Annual Meeting will take place immediately following the Annual Meeting of Members. 

This year’s Board election is particularly critical to AIM’s flourishing. We have 11 elected seats open. You can find more information about Board service here and the Board nomination form here. Please submit your nomination form, resume, bio, and headshot (all materials for the candidate packet that will be sent out to membership) by 11:59pm on Monday, September 30th, 2024 to Claire Seaton at bod@aim.brianparis.com.

Members eligible to vote in the election are Arlington residents (or the designated representatives of a partnership, corporation, or other legal entity having a place of business in Arlington County) whose memberships are current, with dues paid in full no later than Sunday October 6th.
